On top of that I could also research and compare similar product and check for the best offers before I punch in my credit card details. mid life?

daddy is reaching the big four 'o' this year and i think he's hitting mid life crisis, well he openly declare he is, so he's not in denial, in fact he's enjoying it....give him an excuse to act any weird way he wants.

his hair style changes from the old karipup (which i like)...to shorter spiky look and yesterday...came back with even shorter spikier hair...summore bring back more hair holding, sculturing, molding products!!!

i dun like his new hair style...even erika says "yuuuuucckkkksssss"...not that we are out of the fashion scene or dun appreciate new hair styles...its...ehhh...just that dun suit him loh...already ah pek right...wanna look like 18 or 19 year old! hahaahah

the amount of hair products (or can i call them "industrial products") fills half the toiletries cabinet!!

erika was quite mad after much struggling and not getting back her game boy from ellisa, so i try to make her happy and showered her with lots of attention…taking pictures of her, her hands…and just give attention to her alone.

she loves weekends and hopes they never end...also love school holidays...in fact any day that don't have school, she's happy.

i know this new kindy is tough. at least once a week, spelling test in either english, bahasa and mandarin, very unlike her montessori kindy the last 2 years, but she is coping well. of cos more xxxxx than tick, in fact there are 1 or 2 times all wrong too...but i never punish her or put any emphasis on them or any pressure on her...let her adjust slowly...i can see that the xxxx are getting lesser, so she must be getting the hang of the situation in kindy.

one of the reasons she gets her spelling wrong is she still writes her alphabets in "mirror" images...e.g. 'b' can be written as 'd', or 'p' as 'd' so even though orally she spelt correct, written can be wrong! oh well! she's learning la.

erika happily playing her "pink" gameboy, of cos ellisa wants part of the action...ellisa whine and cry and called out to "eh-ri-ta che che". mommy asked her to share la, then ellisa quickly took over the game and the word "share" does not exist in her vocabulary.

when erika wants to claim back her toy...see la what happen...no way!! beat che che, ellisa so angry, scolding her "nautiiii che che, nautiiiii che che". action like tis toy is mine mine mine, hands off.

quickly take the toy and walked behind the curtain...hide there to play. when i find her give me cheeky smile.

maybe should get more sports gifts for them, so there will be less "trauma or drama" at home.

saturday, woke up really early (disturbed by ellisa around 5ish in the morning). by the time fed and got her to bed already 6ish...so if i sleep back sure very tired when i wake up...so went to do some ppp...to stay awake and keep my mind busy...then 7 am, oii what happen to the maid ah? still sleeping...me stomp downstairs, bang on her door many times (really sleep like a pig) and say “belum bangun ah!!!”…then only she creep out of the room…aiyah dun wanna to write my gripes about her anymore…feddup feddup…just tahan until end of the year…so i dun rugi so much…

today got to atttend jasmine (erika's cousin) 9th birthday party and another friend's baby full moon. so was looking for gifts and wrapping them. got jasmine a few things including some nice stamps and erika also chose a few for herself…so in the morning before ellisa woke up, let erika played stamping with water colours…luckily when we were about to finish only ellisa came to mess up play with the brushes and paints…and i make handprints of the 2 girls to add to their collection of handprints which i did for them since they were a baby. one day (when very free) i will compile the prints and their photos in a beautiful bound booklet as a special gift for them. (that’s my plan la, when really super free)



attended the birthday party and do you know what 9 year old girls talk about these day? they worry that their boobs, whether it will grow or not and wanting to get training bra la, complaining of growing pains. (so, so auntie) when i see their bodies, nothing also, so mega flat, (wah), so young already so self-conscious of these things. surely boys are not far from their mind loh! me thinking aiyooo erika another 3 years will be like this or not???

so maybe next year birthday present, i will give u nice lacy bra lah!
